What Are Regional Exhibits?

Regional Exhibits are a place in the event for regions and organisations to run exhibits alongside the main event. The region can do whatever it wants with its exhibit.

In return, the region must promote NSGE. The method of promotion is completely up to the region in question.

I have a Region - can I get an Exhibit?

No. We have individually reached out to regions who we thought are interesting and would make a good addition to the event. If there is a next time, then maybe we can consider your region if it is unique or has grown in size.

Help! My Region is Invited to the Event, but I Don’t Know What to Do!

Firstly, welcome! It’s a pleasure to have you here! If you don’t know what to do, but have been invited and have an exhibit open, please refer to this post.

Firstly, if we haven’t opened a topic for your regional exhibit for you already, please post in the technical requests megathread, which can be found here. Creating new topics on the exhibitions sub-tag is disabled because we don’t trust users not to spam. After that, a puppet account will open up a topic for you.

Your region’s logo

Link to your gameside region or website

Link to your Discord Server

Link to the NSGE Discord server and community guidelines

Any other information you would like to put on the OP (please post in the technical requests megathread if you want something included).

You can do whatever you want with your regional exhibit, however, it must follow the community guidelines. Regions on previous events have been known to run mini-games and events, however, we also welcome new approaches.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask in this thread.
